Red Class Newsletter
17.03.17
Well, I have had the best few days in Menai with Blue class on their residential, the sun shone and we got to do canoeing, sea level traversing and lots more! (something for you to look forward to in a few years time). Apparently Red class also had a good time in my absence. They had been finding out all about Owls, read ‘Owl babies and carried out a range of activities throughout the week.
Next week we will be looking at and finding out all about Hedgehogs. Please see home learning which will/ should come home with your child tonight.
Forest school will be on Monday and PE on Tuesday next week.
Please keep up with reading your child’s books with them at home and practising those tricky and high frequency words, it really does make a difference.
Mystery Reader is still continuing if anyone would like to come in still, just let me know which day suits you best. We are also still desperate for anyone to come in and listen to readers too.
Reminders –
A week today (Friday) will be non-uniform day, with a splash of red if possible for red nose day. It is also Easter bingo that evening – with me as bingo caller!
Wednesday 29th March – is stay and play morning. All welcome to come and join in the fun!
Have a lovely weekend,
Mrs Newman and Red Team
