Yellow Class Newsletter

4th July 2016

We started our sewing project this week with all the children colouring a piece of fabric ready for them to decorate.  Thanks to our group of helpers most of the class have finished decorating their fabric.  There’s just a few to finish off so if anyone is available Friday afternoon that would be great.

We had Miss Cuthell with us for all of last week. She was a great help and the children really enjoyed working with her.

In maths we’ve been drawing graphs and making tally charts. Our English work has been based around research on Henry Moore and looking at different ways of recording what you find.

We’ve been working really hard on our songs ready for our goodbye assembly for Mrs Hennessy-Jones.  Although she may have overheard some rehearsals we hope there’ll be some surprises too!
