Indigo Class News - 18th March 2016

Date: 21st Mar 2016 @ 10:09am

Dear all,

As I sit her typing the sun is shining and there is a real feeling that Spring has finally sprung and long may it last.

Thank you for the feedback re: MyMaths this week, we’re all learning a new system (including me) and we will iron out any little glitches that get in our way. It’s really important that your child completes both tabs on the screen (Q1&2) otherwise the work isn’t saved. Mrs Swan went through this in class today with those who this has happened to. I’ve added more homework tasks on for practice over the weekend.

On Tuesday, we have a busy day ahead. The PE department have invited Indigo Class to play lacrosse from 9.15-10.15am and then we will head back to school to get ready for our brass performance at 11.30am with Mr Eccles. All welcome.

After Easter, we will start preparing for our King Lear performance in June. Our text for the term is Gangsta Granny and as part of Indigo’s learning I’d like to take them to the Regent Theatre to see Gangsta Granny being performed on Wednesday 8th June at 1.30pm. The cost of this will be £10.95 and I will send out further details next week.

Have a lovely weekend,

Kind regards,

Ruth Hadfield
